We've always had girls in our FCB teams, but not enough!
We've now got girls in our Under 11s and Under 12s teams that won't be allowed to play next season under Stockport Metro League rules.
So, we aim to start new girls' teams and enter them in the recently formed South Manchester Girls League in September.
We are keen to sign up girls of any age from 4 upwards, but we urgently need girls in Year 6 and Year 7 who's like to play for FC Bluestar in the league next season.
You don't have to have any experience (or even be very good) because our professional coaches can teach you to play. All you have to do is turn up and join the team. As well as playing football, you'll make new friends and take part in a wide range of activities from white water rafting and abseiling in Wales and the Lake District to visiting our twin club in Germany, FC Büderich.
The club already has three female qualified coaches and we are recruiting more. Girls' football is the fastest growing sport in the UK with new teams springing up everywhere.
So, if you know anyone who might be interested, please email Andrew.
