Our coaching programme is led by two outstanding coaching experts, Peter Duckworth and John Hughes.

Peter Duckworth
Peter is one of the UK's top coaches in junior football. He is Regional Director for Coerver and teaches advanced skills at Manchester United's Academy.

He holds a full UEFA 'A' Coaching License, as well as a Brazilian coaching badge.

Peter oversees and directs FC Bluestar's coaching and runs our coach development programme, delivering masterclasses for our volunteer and parent coaches.

John Hughes
John is the Regional Head Coach for Coerver, has many years coaching experience and played professionally for Manchester United, West Brom, Leeds United and Tampa Bay in the United States.

John co-ordinates FC Bluestar's coaching programme, working across all our age groups to plan and deliver top quality sessions to our kids.
