After our 4-4 thriller last Sunday, this promises to be a tasty fixture.

You all played so well last week, but I want everyone to think of one thing they can improve in their own game.  I want you to work really, really hard to improve that one thing this week.  If we all do that every week, you are going to be a great team.

We've been promoted to Division 4 as a result of our sparkling form in Division 5 before Christmas and our battling performances in the tough games after Christmas.  Well done to the whole team - you deserve it!

Our first match is against Hale United away and we'll be looking for a positive start to our new league campaign.  A great new captain, Josh, one or two new faces in the team (and judging from training, some great talent!) and the same great team spirit we've always had.
